Great product. Waiting to see how supplies for the future go as I hope to be able to keep it up. Couldn't last time due to low stocks, but that was Primal Living, and now part of Gemporia. Ive also had lots of nice jewellery from Gemporia which is usually a reliable company. Only knocked off one star because it is early days stocks wise but I am sure it will soon be five stars.

Anything that contributes to wellness is welcome. I'm sure it will be a great product as I've used so many others from Gemporia and always found them beneficial. You notice the difference mainly if you stop taking something. Then you really feel the loss.

Having bought a number of different products I can't say which is the one that has made me feel so much better than I've felt for as long as I can remember, but I would swear by these products in general. I've been feeling like a different person since taking these products over the past week. Clear mind, calmer, generally feeling better in all regards.

Too early to say if it’s helping yet, they should ask for reviews a month after to get an experienced opinion.

Been taking this for over 2 weeks now and my blood sugar is keeping well within its limits. I do take other medication for it, but it has always been a struggle to keep it stable.

I am diabetic, so taking this extra supplement my blood sugar now is well under control. Not tired any longer, feel more active. Best I have felt in years

Just started taking this supplement, easy to take, along with some other Primal living supplements I must admit I am feeling much better in myself. Recommend anyone to buy from this company, you know exactly what you are buying. If you go into a shop, the product is just sat on the shelf, no explanations given how this might help you. I am very wary of buying something that I know nothing about. Nick, Rosie, Poppy are so clued up on the products they sell. I buy with confidence. You just cant go wrong.

Although I have only been taking this for a few days I am certain that I will feel a difference because I take several Primal supplements and they are all great quality and have produced terrific results. The price was exceptional.

These are my first lot so feel ok . I will be getting more. Wonderful

Early days but results so far good. ONE star off as NO advice leaflet inside for what if any side effects. I started with one tablet as I am on metformin SR. Had trots first morning but settled quickly. Blood sugars reduced a lot, but I also reduced naughty chocs. I stopped them for over a week with no change. Went to 2 a day,am & pm. Also MAY be helping my blood pressure not sure yet...time will tell. Lowest sugar day before was 9.9 (has been over 16!! ) In a few days I have taken myo inosital they are 5.5 to 9 & average about 7. Not had 5 point anything reading for ages. Had a lot of deaths in 30 months, inc. hubby & 2 grandsons as well asgot breast cancer as hubby was dying, & other bad stuff. stress does affect blood sugar & blood pressure....so far, nothing worked till these but early days! Will keep eye on reviews of others!

It is difficult to rate this as it is still early days. I have done my research and it seems to be almost a miracle ingredient that I wish I found many years ago but I will be religiously trying it out. Generally I understand most benefits are seen after three months and then there is a further kick in after 6 months as apparently it even helps with hypothyroidism - naturally. What's not to like?
