I am in the middle of my first bottle of propolis and so far so good. Added it to yogurt/water to begin with, now l drop it straight under my tongue (not unpleasant). In reading information about bee propolis, l am convinced l am taking a wonderful natural supplement that has many benefits

Every winter like clockwork I would get a heavy cold. Since taking this I have not has a cold for 2 years. Also, my mild hay fever symptoms have disappeared. Easy to take and takes lovely.

Been taking this for a very long time,started taking it to help prevent me getting colds etc, as I use to suffer terrible with sinus infections and always ended up with bronchitis at least once a year, sometimes twice!..... since taking it I never suffered with ONE infection for three years. I know we had the pandemic and was not mixing like normal, but even after restrictions were lifted I was impressed that I never got a bad cold or anything else. I take this every morning without fail... I recently got a sinus infection and took bee propolis twice, if not three times a day and my symptoms were manageable, it certainly helped with my recovery....

I put 5 drops in water twice a day..no smell or taste. Not notice any difference just yet, although no colds or flu so must be doing something. Great offer, price will defiantly purchase more. Thank you Gems!

the reason why I have given this a high rating is because I have just started taken this so it is too early to see any improvements, but I know that it will benefit me from the inside out. The taste is unique it is not honey but it is not a sweet caramel, so I can not wait to see the effects.

Came well packaged & bought on a 3 for 2 offer. Tastes sweet but not sickly with a hint of something floral. Easy & pleasant to take straight onto the tongue. My husband has had a cold for the last 2 weeks, to date I've avoided it. I also tried putting it on a cols sore & I'm pretty sure it helped cure it more quickly than normally.

Seems to be okay at the moment I will have to use it for a bit longer .I bought it to help me with my necrosis I have in my mouth after radiotherapy treatment. I have been dropping a few drops under my tongue where the bone is coming through.it is making the inside of my mouth feel slot better.

No taste to this extract. Just 5 drops in my water. Perfect.

Not sure i can comment on this product ... not used long enough to notice a difference. What i did notice is that non of the bottles were sealed (unlike the cbd oil which is sealed)... this i was shocked about.

I bought 2 of these. I'm on heart tablets and cannot take anything with an oral decongestant. Although it doesn't taste of honey, just add 5 drops to water twice daily. I do this in the morning and late afternoon.

Bought this in order to boost my immune system up for the winter months ahead. Not sure how it's working yet but if it does half of what Poppy says then i'll see you in spring :)

I'm unable to take oral decongestant due to being on heart medication, and though I would give this a try. Will be using this daily over the winter months. Was surprised it didn't taste of honey but I add the drops to plain water, once in the morning and again in the evening as directed.

Lovely mild taste. Well priced. Hard to say what the effect of this is on its own as I am taking it along with the other supplements I have reviewed.

I note only take five drops twice daily, but I applied directly applied to the spots. A measurable difference in the look and feel of my skin.
