It is easy to take & as said it doesnt leave you smelling of garlic Ive felt a difference since taking it.,

I have only been taking this supplement for a couple of weeks because, until recently, I didn’t realise that in order for a probiotic to work, it is necessary to take a prebiotic to prepare the gut, otherwise the probiotics won’t have anything to ‘feed’ on and they’ll simply die.

There is no taste with the capsule & they are easy to take. I have to take my own blood pressure @ the end of month so hopefully I will see a difference

My circulation seems to have improved & I don’t have the full ache in my legs when I go to bed like I used to so after a week I have seen a massive improvement & glad I subscribed to these on a regular delivery

First time purchase. Information delivered on air persuaded me to try for the health benefits of reducing inflammation. As my husband is allergic to garlic and anything in the onion family, it is difficult for me to enjoy in meals and therefore health benefits provided. So a good source for me to try. I have been using these since I first saw them on Gemporia, I take them along side the Probiotic, and for me who is in their mid 40s and suffers with IBS these also works, I just enjoy taking these so much so that I have now got my mum who is her 70s and my brother who is in his late 40s to take them and they also take them along side the Probiotic. I've had gut trouble for some time and since these are at an entry level price I thought I'd give them a go. The difference for me was incredible! I never expected them to be so good. I later thought I'd try a more expensive version from another company which promised other added benefits but they were rubbish. Didn't even finish the packet and went straight back to Primal"s Garlic capsules. Don't let the price fool you, these are the best for me and I wouldn't try anything else now!

Good value but too eat to comment of efficacy. I hope that Primal will review their use of blister packs which use single use plastic and foil.

I buy this for my husband along with another supplement, he takes them everyday, there is no smell. He recommends this garlic extract. We ran out of them just before the holidays and we’re unable to get more as they ere not in stock and due to COVID the supply just was unable to get to them, so we couldn’t get them. As my husband was unable to take them for about 6~8 weeks, he noticed the difference, this time I have made sure we will be stocked up just in case there are new supply issues.
