Too soon to tell if they are having positive health benefits since I generally eat a diet rich in fruit and veg and probably don't need them.

2nd time short expiry date ordered 2nd Feb expiry April another trip to Post Office. Plus when queried why they were not replaced as requested was told none in stock, checked website and they are available strange. Plus I had to ask for postage to be refunded as well

Not impressed with gemporia at all, I ordered 12 month supply of this, only to receive them to find out that they ALL had a 3mth use by date!!!! I was told to return for replacement, and a refund on postage!! That never happened, got email for a refund of ONE box, so had to phone to find out the issue, you could of emailed me letting me know the order could not be filled? I had to ask for the other 10 boxes to be refunded and my postage! The 10 boxes were sorted, but I had to email you again for my postage to be refunded!!!!! What is going on with gemporia. I had opened one box, so could not return.... What a waste of time taking them for JUST ONE MONTH

Really great packaging only just started using though.

A couple of years ago I noticed an alarming amount of hair loss when brushing and washing my hair. I changed my shampoo and conditioner, which helped but the B Complex has pulled it together and returned my crowning glory. I would never be without Primal B Complex Vitamin.

2nd 3 month purchase have not noticed any difference, will not purchase again if no results this time.

This is a great product. It's helped with my nails and hair and I have also noticed that my rather sparce brows are beginning to thicken. Highly recommend this product.
