Well I am on loads of medication but main one is statin tablets. So I definitely need these. The amount of times I'd love to stop prescription drugs but been on too long. So next best thing is balance them out. So definitely these work for me. Many thanks love Bee xox

This has quickly become one of my must-have supplements. I find that without it I lack focus and by mid afternoon I’m wanting a nap. However, when I take it regularly, I have more energy and can focus better…more importantly, I’m not napping in the middle of the afternoon. Amazing value for money.
