since taking this greatly reduced headaches number and length

Decided to give these ago with all the health benefits they offer. I mainly decided to try these as I have experienced issues with my gums and since taking these I have seen dramatic improvement. Would highly recommend.

I've been taking Q10 for several months now and have noticed a significant Iimprovement in the condition of my hair, skin and nails. This, in conjunction with improving my diet and drinking more water has given me a real boost. Hair is thicker and glossier with less menopausal shedding. The skin on my face is looking, tighter, plumper and less wrinkled. Nails are looking healthier and stronger with less splitting. It's recommended to take 2 capsules a day, but I only take one as that's enough for me. I'll keep taking them as thrilled with the results #happydays

Well I am on loads of medication but main one is statin tablets. So I definitely need these. The amount of times I'd love to stop prescription drugs but been on too long. So next best thing is balance them out. So definitely these work for me. Many thanks love Bee xox

Been taking Q10 for a long time but now Primal living is doing them they are bound to be better. All Primal living Vits are excellent and very good value too. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

This has quickly become one of my must-have supplements. I find that without it I lack focus and by mid afternoon I’m wanting a nap. However, when I take it regularly, I have more energy and can focus better…more importantly, I’m not napping in the middle of the afternoon. Amazing value for money.

Too early to comment on efficacy of Q10, only taken 4 days worth.

Only had these for 3 days so no idea what the results will be. At the great price it will be interesting to see if I notice any changes.
