I have been taking this for a month and have been told I’ve lost weight. So maybe it’s working…too soon from my perspective to tell but can say there are no negative side effects of any kind

Hi there, I've recently purchased these to try and help me on my weight loss journey. I'm afraid it's too soon to say if they are working. But I'm hopeful. I'm plodding on. Living in hopes these will work.

Didn't work for me at all. Hoped they would help me loose weight along with the diet I was on (mainly watching what I eat and cutting down alot) but after losing weight steadily over the last 4 months (18lb) I gained 2lb in 10days!

I take these every day. Not really sure if they help or not.

Excellent for losing weight

Seems to be affecting my appetite in that I'm not craving sweet things quite as much as normal. It's not a miracle weight loss product, but used in conjunction with healthy eating, could be a useful product.

I have only been taking this for just over a month. I have to be honest, after about 1 week I suddenly started to feel my energy levels rising. I don't know if it's connected to the thermogenic or not. I will definitely stay on this for that alone. I will write another review if I lose any weight.

I cannot rate this product as I have not yet taken any because no leaflet of information provided. A customer ought to be careful before they take a supplement in case of bad reactions. A bit remiss of Gemporia re Primal Living products. They should provide a customer information leaflet in the box but they do not. Should be information on their website but the problem there is that I do not know if such information is available. Even an experienced IT user might have difficulties finding such information, let alone a customer who is not an IT user, or is actually technophobic.

Tried these for two months and then came off them for one month to see what they did. I actually noticed a difference in my weight loss despite keeping to the same calories. Nothing outstanding but even the extra half a pound a week helps so for the price I think they're well worth it.

For a thermogenic it has some additional properties which help with fatigue/ energy without feeling jittery. Early days re weightloss but will continue with them.I have stocked up well into Xmas.

Well I am not putting more weight on but I am not loseing any either. and I have been taking these for a while now., I fell I have a bit more energy too, just a pitty they are not helping me get rid of a bit of fat. The product was fine but the delivery time was long with little communication from Gems. My biggest gripe at the moment is the refund times. We’re looking at 3 weeks at the moment and I’ve had many 2nd split pays taken for items sat in their returns warehouse. I can’t justify buying anything else at the moment.

Gemporias usually good service has completely gone to pot lately. Lack of communication and very delayed dispatch and refund times. They really have bitten off more than they can chew holding a huge sale event and closing up shop during the Christmas period. Hoping it improves soon.
