My husband was diagnosed with Arthritis in his Spine a few years ago, once he started taking Zinc tablet each day he noticed a difference for the better plus if he forgets to take them for a few says his back is uncomfortable again. Would highly recommend them.

I've only just begun taking them so I can't really comment on their effectiveness. The other supplements I take from Primal Living are excellent and I have no reason to think that these will be any different. Excellent value for money.

These tablets are marvellous. I have seen a great improvement in my nails which are not as dry and flaking as previously. Repeat order. Will order more in the future.

Rate as all other supplements I have purchase again will continue to purchase as the supplements are good value for money and have no nasties in them which is why I consider to buy from primal also the explanations and also ingredients are explained and you know what you ate putting into your body.

Found the tablets a bit large so had to brake in half, with no coating can be hard to swallow

Took for 6 months but now take the multi vit which also contains zinc.

I think supplements do make a difference to your health and I've started taking this as well as others from Gemporia although I'm uncertain as to which gives what benefit to me personally. Love these zinc tablets I have had these from gemporia before, and can't get them that strength anywhere else for that price.

Another great supplement from Primal Living, Would recommend and great value also. One thing I have noticed if you buy from a shop, can they tell you what the benefits are? No. Because they don't have any training to be able to tell you. It is just left to your own decision. Majority sold in shops have ingredients I have never heard of, so I wouldn't buy them. Nick, Poppy are so clued up on what they are selling, gives you confidence to buy. The price also doesn't reflect the quality, they make it available at a such a reasonable price. Would not buy my supplements from anywhere else.

Have been taking these for over a year, but why oh why did you change the shape? The new shape is really hard to swallow. Please bring back the rounded edges and tapered ends.

Didn't buy them for myself so only can say delivery was quick.

Topping up on zinc, take it every day with magnesium, definite improvement in my general health.

I got these primarily for my nails as I used to bite them for many years and they need strengthening - its really to early to say whether they work or not.
