Bought this as a present as they were looking for slim one for fridge. Just hoping they can source the water filters easily enough, that's my only concern. So far they are delighted with this.

They fit in the door of the fridge neatly, and the water tastes amazing. Grabbed an extra one for me & friend as wanted to make sure should the old one break we have another ready as the pitcher is so good. Excellent product & amazing price highly recommend.

These are fantastic and make my tea/coffee taste better than ever. It’s great to onaoe that as they give me alkaline water, it is better for my health too. Incredible price as Primal don’t have any spare filters at time of writing.

It is clear clear water wow. I thought others were good. This is best filter ever had. It amazes me I find myself still looking through the glass at side. Looking through as it is clear water like a very clear quartz as if nothing in glass as the water is there. Also as a waterfall and deep into a jungle or forest . Very grateful and I really appreciate all the time and effort to make these. I would like to add a bigger jug as I drink lots of water. Also having to take the full top of. Any chance of getting an opening on top to fill. Please.. So I love the jug but the filter needs an award winning first place every time. As you say on TV, I'm only doing it if it needs better quality and you've done it again. Thanks Steve and teams you all take a bow. i like it but have one little niggle, i dont like the way the water starts to come out of the spout when you first start to pour. it is very slow and haphazard, then suddenly starts to exit quicker. was annoying but im getting used to it now. lovely clean tasting water buy the way.

I find this difficult to explain but I am absolutely chuffed with this product no more purchases of bottled water and the water feels silky smooth it sounds nuts but I don't know how else to describe but just a brilliant excellent product
