Only just bought these a week and a half ago ( so only been taking them a week ) but that said I can say that my hip and joint pain has reduced , it’s not gone completely but by golly not has bad as it had been the week before, not only that but I had bunion surgery three years ago and on one foot pain started about two years afterwards down the big toe , and trying to get a doctors appointment was taking forever , I was watching primal with I think it was Steve and he was saying about how magnesium could reduce joint pain and aid in better sleep so I thought well I’ve basically tried most things even the CBD oil and that hadn’t kicked in yet so why the hell not , and wow I have to say that the pain in the toe as disappeared completely and I have no more restlessness and cramps in the feet and legs . I will be getting these again thank you

Bought for the first time being taking them a week all is good at the moment. I find them a bit big but doing okay swallowing them

Although only taken them for 1 week I am feeling a lot better but am taking Primal Living MenoSupport as well. Either way I am vey happy now! One small drawback is that they are quite hard to swallow as they have an edge all round the tablet that catches in the throat (or should they be chewed?)

Only started taking this for a few days. I’m not sure if it is making a difference yet but I have to say the Vitamin B Complex and Zinc have been doing wonders so far. Really helped with my restless legs at night.

I've never bought magnesium before but decided to try after hearing how depleted our soils are of this mineral, how common deficiency can be, and the benefits that can be gained from havibh more of it. It seems to be a good strength at a reasonable price, probably too early to notice any positive effects, though.

I need energy so tired at moment. Therefore I got these tablets and energy lifted thank you x

My goodness fantastic had been struggling lately to get a good night's sleep have been taking for nearly 2 seems and my sleep has improved so much back to sleeping like a baby.

I started taking these and after 3 days I started to get Mussel cramp, I stopped taking them and within a few days it stopped. No one told me about the side effects they should warn people.

Only 4* as not tried yet.
