In order to place an honest review it is too early to state whether or not there is any benefit. However, that said I am hopeful that my face and neck will improve over time, research states it takes around 6 months to see a definite improvement. The mask itself is comfortable but I have to loosen to strap because the mask digs in on my the bridge of my nose causing indents, however, everyone's face shape is different. The neck piece is comfortable. The remote setting allows 60 minutes however, it cuts out after about 45 minutes and needs a recharge. I am unsure if this is a fault with the remote or this is just how long it will last when fully charged. I am not put off by the therapy mask and will more than likely go on to purchase the dome one from Gemporia. I would really like to place an honest review in 6 months time.

It’s nice concept and light therapy definitely works. But unfortunately mask didn’t fit my face properly and was almost painful around the nose area after treatment so for that reason returning. Sadly not for me.

This face mask and necollage mask is excellent value for money. I have a mask and necollage from another brand but the Viorelli stands out for me. The reason being this one offers all light colours and I particularly love the white light setting which isn't found very often on face and neck masks. I love the fact that you can boost the light strength up high and you can set the timer for more than an hour. I set the timer and fall asleep. the following morning my face looks rejuvenated especially around the eyes. You need to use this often to achieve results so I am making an effort to use it at least 4 times a week. Use it with face an neck serum or cream for best results.

Firstly, I was a bit concerned that the item arrived with no seal around the box. I then discovered that items were missing from the box - no instruction manual or velcro straps to attach the mask around my face and neck. Contacted Customer Services and was advised replacement items would be sent out, but after two weeks, nothing had appeared, so sadly, I packed up the item for returning, to get a refund.

Ordered on premium delivery & nearly 2 weeks later it finally arrived although this was not Gemporias fault but the customer service team were very helpful throughout. The light therapy kit is amazing it is slightly too big for my face even using the fixtures but am really pleased with my purchase & will be using to help with face & neck. Thankyou Steve Bennett I wish you had been about when I was younger but hey never too late to start.

Very excited to receive this, and it did not disappoint. It is very simple to use, the face and neck wrap is comfortable, and it is easiest to use lying down. Good to take time out and immerse yourself in a RAINBOW of light! Too early to tell if it is improving my skin, though it does have an uplifting effect on one's mood, and the skin looks brighter, after use Very happy, and it was such an AMAZING DEAL!

Packaging on this is superb, sturdy and safe, device itself is really cool, I am struggling with several skin concerns and this helps me address them all, I have used three days consecutively and can already see a difference, even though it takes only a few minutes a day and is really fast and easy to use. Would most definitely recommend, thanks
