I've given 4 stars only because I've only been using for a week, so it's still early on. The actual device is easy to use and looks attractive. It feels lovely when using & very relaxing. I think I can start to see a lift of my skin already. I also think the red light is improving the quality of my sleep. Definitely sleeping deeper. The cream & collagen I've used before & would recommend. I'm 62 so hoping for a tightening of face muscles giving a lift to my face. Fingers crossed.

Received the item. Getting the charging lead out of the box was a battle and had to rip the cardboard inner at the end to access it. I used the unit and despite moisturising, I felt it was really dragging my skin. I emailed Steve Bennett who said I wasnt using enough moisturiser. So I have now decided to place it on a patch of skin, leave for 5 seconds, move it to another patch of skin etc etc.
Then on the second use the EMS function has stopped working. A dissapointment and have reported to customer services on 12/5/23 but as at today 17/5/23 I havent had any update on the "fault" from the specialist department. Feeling a bit despondent about the whole thing at the moment and think I just got carried away when Steve was presenting it with his usual enthusiasm!! Update if and when I hear anything!

I have a light therapy device and an ems device, both are getting on a bit now, so when I saw this I was keen to try it. My only reservation is the instructions aren’t the best. It would be helpful if Gemporia put the demo/presentation on their website or YouTube

The viorelli device is brilliant ,I've only used it twice but I can already see a differe.nce using the red light.my wrinkles have improved greatly after a short time.
