Hi there, I've recently purchased these to try and help me on my weight loss journey. I'm afraid it's too soon to say if they are working. But I'm hopeful. I'm plodding on. Living in hopes these will work.

Didn't work for me at all. Hoped they would help me loose weight along with the diet I was on (mainly watching what I eat and cutting down alot) but after losing weight steadily over the last 4 months (18lb) I gained 2lb in 10days!

I take these every day. Not really sure if they help or not.

Too early to say whether they work but an easy product to take

Excellent for losing weight

Seems to be affecting my appetite in that I'm not craving sweet things quite as much as normal. It's not a miracle weight loss product, but used in conjunction with healthy eating, could be a useful product.

I have only been taking this for just over a month. I have to be honest, after about 1 week I suddenly started to feel my energy levels rising. I don't know if it's connected to the thermogenic or not. I will definitely stay on this for that alone. I will write another review if I lose any weight.

Not sure yet. I have tried it before without much success but am trying again. It certainly gets good reviews so I am hopeful.

I cannot rate this product as I have not yet taken any because no leaflet of information provided. A customer ought to be careful before they take a supplement in case of bad reactions. A bit remiss of Gemporia re Primal Living products. They should provide a customer information leaflet in the box but they do not. Should be information on their website but the problem there is that I do not know if such information is available. Even an experienced IT user might have difficulties finding such information, let alone a customer who is not an IT user, or is actually technophobic.

Tried these for two months and then came off them for one month to see what they did. I actually noticed a difference in my weight loss despite keeping to the same calories. Nothing outstanding but even the extra half a pound a week helps so for the price I think they're well worth it.

Can’t be without these…they are amazing and they really do work. I take these everyday 30 mins before I do my daily workout and you can really feel the extra energy they give you. I find that they also help me to not snack too!! Definitely helping with my weight loss. Would highly recommend.

A great product for loosing weight. I can’t wait to see the results, it’s too early to tell at the moment wether they help me loose the weight, but I’m sure they will, as I have other primal living supplements that really work, so I’m looking forward to seeing the results with these thermogenic fat burner supplements. For a thermogenic it has some additional properties which help with fatigue/ energy without feeling jittery. Early days re weightloss but will continue with them.I have stocked up well into Xmas.

There are no instructions on the box as to when they should be taken or before or after food. Taken on an empty stomach they cause heartburn. Could do with more information before I take anymore

I cannot give a fully accurate rating as have just begun these capsules this week. Hopefully a good suppressant but with a healthy element using safe and natural ingredients. Tried some primal living item’s - good will buy again

They definitely do help burn those extra calories away. This is a repeat order. I love Primal. I don't buy vitamins from anywhere else.

Been taking these for just over 3 weeks, didn't notice much at the beginning but now I am starting to lose the inches, my cravings for sweet stuff seems to have faded. Its all good!

Well I am not putting more weight on but I am not loseing any either. and I have been taking these for a while now., I fell I have a bit more energy too, just a pitty they are not helping me get rid of a bit of fat. I am post menepausal and I have a hormone imbalance so maybe this is my stumbling block.

The product was fine but the delivery time was long with little communication from Gems. My biggest gripe at the moment is the refund times. We’re looking at 3 weeks at the moment and I’ve had many 2nd split pays taken for items sat in their returns warehouse. I can’t justify buying anything else at the moment.

Gemporias usually good service has completely gone to pot lately. Lack of communication and very delayed dispatch and refund times. They really have bitten off more than they can chew holding a huge sale event and closing up shop during the Christmas period. Hoping it improves soon.

During the first week I lost 2 pounds. But after that nothing. Although I haven't added on any weight, I have not lost any more. It's now been 4 weeks.
