How to use

- Usually added to water but can also be added to pre-workout and post-workout shakes for an extra shot of fibre and minerals. Here’s how to make your Slimshotz drink

1. Empty the Slimshotz sachet into a dry cup or glass

2. Add cold water (about the amount of a cup of tea)

3. Stir continually, shake or blend (depending on your preference)

4. Drink immediately unless you like a more jellied drink

5. Repeat three times a day around 30 minutes before you meal or snack
