Work well. Do not leave you feeling groggy next morning, and are not addictive. I have found them a great help to get a good night's sleep

i have problems getting off to sleep and have tried various products to no avail as i use a number of supplements on subscription already i added these to it. I don t use them every night only when i struggle to go to sleep and they work very well within approx 20 mins of taking them, only downside is i dream a lot more but its better than lying awake frustrated. Highly recommend

The sleep naturally tablets are very good; they do gradually relax you and make you feel sleepy.

These Herbal Sleep Tablets are a God send. After many years of dreading night time, for the lack of sleep, at weekends one whole tablet is taken, as it is a deep sleep, work days half a tablet still gives a fair nights sleep. Amazing.

I slept amazingly well the first couple of nights, but they are still effective. I am a terrible sleeper, so any new herbal supplements are much appreciated.

they really do work if i m having trouble getting off to sleep i don t use them all the time only when i need them. have tried over the counter ones but they don t work only give me bad dreams

These herbal tablets are excellent, far better than others I have purchased from the well known high street chemist. I have found that I am sleeping for longer and feel more rested. Excellent product. Will buy again when I have run out of my supply.

Over hyped on screen by Steve bennet and Ellis I’ve used for 3 nights and haven’t worked

These do seem to work had a good nights sleep and when alarm went off felt rested but not groggy will buy again

I have used many products in this range and they have been great, but I'm sorry to say these are just vitamins. They didn't help me sleep or even relax me, so very disappointing.

Too early to say as yet, ask me in a month, but quality ingredients. I’m hoping it helps.

I have been having difficulty dropping off to sleep lately so I gave them a try. They really worked! I felt rested in the morning so shall use again as and when I need them. Other similar products I tried did not work.

I don't take tablets to help me sleep as a rule, but thought I'd give these herbal ones a go as I've been having difficulty sleeping of late. They worked really well! I take one about 20 mins before bed and I get a good sleep and wake up refreshed, not groggy, like some tablets can make you feel. Definitely worth trying if you just need a little help to sleep every now and then.

Okay, I think these help me - I definitely have started to sleep through the night so if they are contributing to that then happy days! I don’t want to not take them as I love sleep.

I was very disappointed when I noted the ingredients had iron in them - why? This is not suitable for everybody as iron can store up in the body, especially more mature men - and I did have my partner in mind when I bought these but now I won't be giving any to him. I wont be taking very often either. No further purchase of this item for me.

Hadn't seen the auction and thought these were just a herbal kind of sleeping pill you take in the evening Instructions say one a day, but don't specify AM or PM. They also have other vitamins in, which I'm already taking. Decided to return.

Good . Not as strong as non herbal Ones but at least they are toxin free .

I've taken this on two occasions. On each, they have relaxed me so I can enjoy some needed sleep. A great, solid product.

Have used these twice since getting them & found them to be ok, they do what they say they do The only downside is the lack of instructions on how to take them. I took a guess at swallowing whole with a glass of water Would have got 5 stars if more informative

Really disappointed with this product. I had such high hopes of getting some good sleep after listening to Steve singing the praises of these, but it was the opposite for me. Slept worse than ever and felt dreadful next day. Absolutely gutted and now stuck with two unopened boxes.

Take a while to kick in, but when they do, I sleep very deeply.

Great nights sleep a good 8 hours, recommend to anyone who is struggling to sleep.

This product is working. I'm up at 4am so to bed at 8pm. For first time in months, I'm sleeping well and even if I wake up, I go straight back to sleep. I'm waking refreshed and jump out of bed instead of pressing snooze 3 times. The knock on effect is very positive. Thank you.
