I love this cleanser/make up remover. I have a sensitive skin but this thoroughly cleans the skin without irritation, with or without makeup. This was a second purchase and I will buy again.

It smells strange and I don't find it an effective cleanser. Wish they would demonstrate more when selling. Writing is also very small, an insert would help.

Giving no stars for the first time ever. Disappointed doesn’t even cover it. Remover is more like tonic water. Disappears into cloth or cotton wool before you even get it on one eye never mind your whole face. It also has a disgusting smell won’t say what it reminds me of. I have taken a few primal products now and been disappointed with most of them. Don’t know if you have the option to return items and get your money back. Won’t let me give no stars so one it is!

I like the smell of Rose but this has such an overwhelming smell that has an unpleasant under current smell. Have up using it due to smell.
Did leave my skin clean. But sorry smell just unpleasant.

Am sorry to say this is the first Primal product i dont like. It does not remove make well at all in fact caused my skin more redness getting it off and i only wear eye make up daily! Whoever tested this product for primal lied! Its smell is awful they said the rose smell was mild it is not. It stinks if rose and not nice rose niether and smells...well of old lady i am thirty three i will get there is another thirty years thanks. Very disappointed because am now stuck with three bottles i will never use

Leaves face feeling soft & does remove makeup. The scent is strong & takes a bit of getting used to which is why i gave 4 stars
