How to use me:

Foot bath: Add 150-200g (1 cup) of flakes in warm water. Soak for 20 minutes or longer if desired.

Bath soak: Add 250-300g (2 cups) of flakes in a warm bath. Soak for 20 minutes or longer to obtain full body rejuvenation.

It is recommended to take 2-3 magnesium baths per week.

Ingredients: Aqua, Magnesium Chloride, Magnesium Sulfate, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Calcium Chloride, Lavandula Angustifolia.
