No instructions supplied with product. And none on the Primal Living website either - nor any exercises for the balance disc. Call Centre staff lovely but unable to help.
Had to check online to find out how to inflate/deflate and for basic exercises. Otherwise good quality product.

My mum and I love these balance discs. For her, at 84, it is helping to give her some mobility in her feet and legs, whilst she sits in her chair and for me it is helping to strengthen my leg muscles to give stability to my bad knees and also to help with my posture and lower back pain. The fact that you can customise them to suit the individual and take things at your own pace is perfect. The price was amazing too.
